This year’s jubilee edition of the International PMI Poland Chapter Congress once again brought together a community of professionals who work daily with projects and project portfolios. We are pleased that Hadrone could once again take part in the event as a Platinum Partner. Over two days filled with lectures, workshops and conversations, one thing was clear: the role of project management in organisations continues to grow, and the need for practical solutions is greater than ever.

Strategy workshop – How to plan, report and monitor strategic objectives in practice?
One of the programme highlights was the workshop led by Remigiusz Orzechowski, CEO of Hadrone, focused on practical planning, reporting and monitoring of strategic objectives. Participants worked on a real-life case study, learning how to describe strategic objectives, select appropriate indicators, link strategy with projects and interpret reporting results. In the second part of the workshop, we demonstrated how strategy management looks in practice using a PPM-class system. This component was frequently highlighted as especially valuable, as it allowed participants to convert theory into concrete actions.
Meetings, conversations and surprises for participants
Much also happened outside the workshop rooms. Conversations at the Hadrone booth covered everyday challenges of project managers as well as broader topics related to project portfolio management, reporting and tool support. These discussions - calm, substantive and grounded in real needs - are one of the key reasons we return to the Congress every year.
This year, we also prepared three experience packages, which were awarded to selected participants. It was our way of expressing gratitude for their engagement and the time spent meeting with us during the Congress.
Thank You!
We would like to thank PMI Poland Chapter for another edition of the event and for their cooperation in its organisation. We also extend our thanks to all participants who visited our booth or attended the workshop. As a Platinum Partner, we are glad to have contributed to this edition of the Congress and to support initiatives that help develop the project management community in Poland.
