Two inspiring days filled with knowledge, networking and discussions about the future of project management and business analysis are now behind us. This year’s edition of the PAM Summit, organized by the PMI Kraków Branch, was held under the motto „Connecting Minds, Driving Results” – and indeed, the event once again brought together people, knowledge and experience. We are proud that Hadrone could be part of this event – both as a Strategic Sponsor and as an active participant in the program.
Our consultant, Grzegorz Laskowski, conducted a workshop entitled „How to practically Plan, Report and Monitor strategic goals?” Participants not only gained practical knowledge but also tackled a real-life case study and saw strategic management „in action” - using the example of a PPM-class system such as Hadrone PPM.
Throughout both days of the conference, we were also present at the Hadrone booth, which became a hub for many valuable conversations - from challenges related to portfolio management and everyday PMO practices to organizational maturity and tool-based support for project teams. Participants were particularly interested in project progress reporting, linking strategic goals with operational activities and implementing PPM-class systems across various industries - from the public sector to manufacturing. What pleased us most was that the discussions weren’t limited to „technicalities” - many touched on broader topics such as building effective change management systems, engaging teams and measuring results. We thank everyone who visited us - bringing energy, curiosity and great questions.
We believe that effective project management is not just about KPIs and tools – it’s also about energy, balance and recovery. That’s why we prepared a few surprises for conference participants, reminding them how important rest is in the fast pace of work. Among the prizes were tickets to Suntago, Termy Gorący Potok, and Energylandia – because a strong strategy starts with a team that has the energy to execute it.
