The 6th edition of PAM Summit 2024, organized by PMI PC Krakow Branch, took place on June 13–14, 2024, in Kraków! This year’s theme was INNOVATE | TRANSFORM | INSPIRE - two days full of intriguing presentations, inspiring discussions and insightful topics.
A few words about the Conference
PAM Summit brings together practitioners and leaders from various fields of management. The conference program focuses on the synergy between project management and business analysis, as well as the benefits that can be achieved through this combination.
The conference is aimed at anyone interested in developing in these areas. Participants have a unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends, share their own experiences and establish valuable connections.
Hadrone’s participation in PAM Summit 2024
This year, we attended the event as its Strategic Sponsor. We had the opportunity to meet many wonderful and inspiring experts in the fields of project management and business analysis. The agenda was enriched by the workshop „Designing Success - Managing the business case in practice”, led by Remigiusz Orzechowski, CEO and Founder of Hadrone.
During the workshop, participants learned best practices for managing a project’s business case. They also discovered how to maximize benefits and avoid potential challenges when applying a business case, thanks to a practical case study, interactive discussion, and demonstrations of real-life examples in software.
Hadrone also prepared some special surprises! Three lucky participants got:
- a scenic airplane flight | Kraków (and surroundings),
- an unforgettable family adventure at Energylandia Park,
- a beer tasting course with snacks for two.
